Got preschoolers at home? Have some friends that would love to get together to play? Come join us at the Riverside Community playground for an hour of games, songs, stories, and playing together.
Back to School Block Party & Movie Night
School is back in session, but let’s still gather for a party. Join us for a block party with games, bounce houses, snow cones, popcorn, crafts, face-painting, and more followed by an outdoor movie. This is a great event to reach out to our neighbors where we plant to invite students and staff from Church Creek Elementary to join us.

Back to Church Sunday & Breakfast for Lunch
Sunday, September 20 will be our Back to church Sunday followed by a free “Breakfast for Lunch” spread of food for all. If you or one of your friends have gotten out of the habit of coming ot church, this is a great Sunday to reengage and come back. This service will be designed to welcome you back and show you how gathering for church is healthy for your life and soul.

Mid-Week Gathering Launch
On Wednesday, September 23 we will be kicking of our Mid-Week Gatherings. These will meet on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month with a chance for deeper connection, discipleship, and worship during the week. They will run from 6:45-8:00pm. We are working on childcare options, so stay tuned for more details.
Growth Track 4
Stick around after church on Sunday, September 27 where you can take part on Growth Track 4. Missed, growth track 1-3…no problem, we are making an exception to the normal order of our classes so you can jump right into this special class. In Growth Track 4 we talk about how to take the gospel to the nations, starting in your own back yard. Learn to share your faith with confidence and get a picture of what God is doing around the world.
Class from 11:30-1:00pm and includes lunch.
Fancy Coffee Bar Sunday
On Sunday, September 13 stick around after the service for a fancy coffee, tea, and lemonade bar. Meet some people, make some deeper friends.

Join us for a midweek study as we unpack some of these challenging questions and walk through the book of Job.

You’re invited to Connecting’s annual Easter egg hunt. The afternoon will be filled with games, crafts, snacks, and egg hunts for kids of all ages- running every 30 minutes. Admission is free!

Middle & High School Summer Camp
Crossings at Skycroft is a summer camp experience for students who have completed grades 6- grade 12. They’ll experience Christ-centered worship, solid Gospel teaching, intentional church group times, exciting recreation, adventure, missions opportunities and more! The schedule is intensive, fun and focused on challenging youth pastors and their students to grow in Christ.
Family Conn
Join us for a day of outdoor camp fun. The day will be filled with games, actives, and a bible teaching. This is a free event open to children 4 years old to completed 5th grade.
Outdoor Movie Night
School is almost out! Celebrate with us at our first outdoor movie night of the summer. We’ll have a time to hang out, play yard games, and eat snacks. Then, when the sun begins to set, we’ll play Moana 2 on the big screen. Bring a blanket or a lawn chair and invite a friend.

Altar nights are a special time for prayer and worship. At Connecting, we believe there is power in prayer. Join us as we dive into scripture, sing songs, pray and ask God to bring transformation and life change to our community.
Easter at Connecting
Join us at Connecting Church as we celebrate Easter. Easter is a message of hope. It is a message from God showing us that not even death has power over us through Jesus. We will celebrate the resurrection of Jesus through songs, learning together from the Bible, and a chance to connect with others. We will have some breakfast snacks, giveaways, a photo booth, optional kids ministry & more!
