He and his wife Pam have been married for over 20 years and have three children-Caelyn, Jackson, and Hannah. Phil has been in pastoral ministry for 20+ years in areas of worship ministry, lead pastor, church revitalization, and now church planting. He has a Master of Divinity from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary and a Doctor of Ministry from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Phil also serves as an adjunct professor for Liberty University in the School of Divinity and runs church planter training for the Maryland & Delaware region.
